Udacity - "Audacious for you, the student"

Udacity was founded by Sebastian Thrun, David Stavens, and Mike Sokolsky, it starded in February 2012 with two courses : 
  • CS 101: Building a Search Engine
  • CS 373: Programming a Robotic Car
Now, it has more than 25 courses and an estimation of 400 000 users, which of course, doesn't mean that all of them are active students. Despite the only language used in the lectures is English, Udacity has students from India, Germany and other parts of the world. Students after completing the course, can receive a certificate of completion, indication their level of achievement, or also can pay for a proctored exam test administrated by Pearson Vue. Udacity also have an option where students can select the level of complexity of the course, courses offered include : 
  • EP 245 : How to build a startup
  • CS 101 : Intro to computer scienc
  • ST 095 : Statistics
